What do homesites cost at Mount Vintage?

Our homesites vary in size and location. Lots are priced individually. Visit the Real Estate section of this website to view the master plan and check available homesites and pricing.

Does the developer offer financing on homesite purchases?

Yes.The developer is offering financing on new homesite purchases. The loan may be amortized for up to 360 months (30 years). The developer guarantees a rate of 5% for the first 36 months (3 years). At the end of the initial 3 year period the terms of the loan may be renegotiated. Please contact us for further details.

What are the annual HOA dues at Mount Vintage?

The annual dues are $1,500.

This includes maintenance of all common areas, street lights, on-site security, participation in social activities, use of all amenities including the pool, tennis courts, fitness center, Bocce Ball courts and the lending library.

May I choose my own builder?

Yes. You are welcome to use your own builder. Builder choices must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. There are also Spec homes available from Stanley Martin Homes. Visit the New Homes page to learn more.

Once I have purchased a homesite, is there a time limit on when I have to begin construction?

There is no time limit to start construction. Once construction begins the exteriors of all buildings must be completed within one (1) year.

Are there minimum square-footage requirements for homes?

No. There is no minimum requirement. Plans must be approved by the The Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Our guidelines are generous and the ACC will take into consideration the suitability of the proposed building, the materials of which it is to be built, the location on the lot of the proposed building and any other improvements, the harmony of the building in its location with its surroundings and the effect of the building as planned on the outlook from adjacent on neighboring portions of the subject property.

No. The Town Center/Athletic Club amenities are available to all property owners.
